Knife Policy

Under 18’s will NOT be served

Please note in accordance with The criminal Justice Act 1988, as amended by the Offensive Weapons Act 1996 and the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006 it is an offence to supply a knife to persons under the age of 18. We take our responsibilities in this matter very seriously.

In order to ensure that the purchaser is over 18 checks will be made to verify the age of an individual purchasing a knife.

These can normally be carried out without the need to contact the individual but where this is not possible the individual may be contacted and asked to provide proof of age related to the delivery address.

In the event of an individual under the age of 18 attempting to purchase a knife from us, you may lose your entire purchase price, or a £5 adminstration fee will be charged.

By completing the check out transaction a purchaser agrees that this deduction will be taken prior to any refund given.

In addition information on the attempted transaction may be shared with the Police.
